Online coaching offers flexibility and convenience, allowing you to work towards your fitness goals from the comfort of your own home, gym, or even while traveling. Unlike traditional in-person coaching, where you're limited to meeting at scheduled times and locations, online coaching lets you fit workouts and check-ins into your own schedule.
1 to 1 coaching
in-person coaching provides a more hands-on experience, where your trainer can guide you through exercises and provide real-time feedback. It's ideal for those who prefer face-to-face interactions and immediate adjustments to form or technique
hybrid coaching
Hybrid coaching combines the best of both online and in-person coaching to offer a flexible, personalized experience tailored to your needs. This approach allows you to follow a customized fitness plan online—with workout programs, nutrition guidance, and check-ins—but also gives you the benefit of one in-person session per month to refine your technique, adjust your plan, and receive hands-on coaching.
